By accessing or using ClientSync, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Use of the service
- You must provide accurate account information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for the client data you enter into the platform
- You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
MVP scope
ClientSync is offered as an MVP CRM for managing clients, follow-ups, and notes. Additional features may be added in future releases and are not guaranteed in the current version.
Disclaimer
ClientSync is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClientSync shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
